Major re-engineering of internal structures EPOS executed a major re-engineering of its internal structures: by introducing four technical competence areas instead of regional departments, EPOS aims at improving the quality of technical backstopping for project implementation processes as well as knowledge management. The four technical areas are: Health Policy and Financing, Integrated Primary Health Care, Health Facilities and Services, Financial Management.
