Commissioning Services and Operational Management of the Libyan European Hospital in Benghazi, Libya

Assistance was provided towards the commissioning and operational management of the Libyan European Hospital (LEH) that was expected to open in autumn 2008. As first European private hospital project in Libya, objectives were to:

• Cater to the needs of the health care market in Benghazi, surrounding area and the whole of Libya;
• Use internationally most advanced health care technology;
• Provision of top quality medical services, aiming at market leadership.
