Catharina Rappold has been named EPOS’ Head of Finance starting from 1 January 2017. We fully congratulate her, taking particular pride in her accomplished in-house career trajectory of increasing finance and accounting responsibilities spanning more than a decade since she began at EPOS in 2005 as an apprentice.

Catharina is a certified accountant and has overseen accounting, controlling and financial management as well as planning and reporting within EPOS HQ along side EPOS’ previous Head of Finance, Thomas Kempff, since 2014. In addition to preparing EPOS’ annual financial statements, she has gained solid experience in the financial management of projects, disposition funds, incidentals and imprest accounts for different donors during the last 8 years. She also has solid country experience in Malawi, Yemen, Afghanistan, Senegal and the Philippines where she has trained local financial management staff and negotiated contract extensions. We are very much looking forward to her bringing into her new position full competence and huge commitment.

We also sincerely thank Thomas Kempff for his long-standing and transformational collaboration as Head of Finance at EPOS, and look forward to continuing collaboration as he introduces Deltek's Maconomy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to EPOS and all GOPA Consulting Group members.
